With his parents being restaurateurs and his grand parents being butchers, Adrien always has had a passion for good tasting products since he was a child. He was an apprentis at the Superior School of French Cooking and had several important experiences at Paris Le Royal Monceau, Potel & Chabot and with one of the ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’. Today, Adrien has a real passion for cooking, that he shares through his sincere, real and sensitive culinary experience.

On the side, Adrien created a culinary blog, « » which allows him to share his culinary outlook on life.

He recently started working with different brands proposing event catering, private dining experiences and organizing pop-up brunches and dinners. His biggest asset : his passion for baking, the importance to finish every meal on a sweet note, all of which need to be balanced, one of his memories from childhood.
