Amit, originally from Bangladesh, learned how to cook as a Line Cook in a starred restaurant in a Parisian Palace.
For 9 years, he ran one of the biggest touristic restaurants in Sydney in Australia. More the less, he found his place in France, where he learned French culinary art. Her started working with Christian Constant, than with Eric Fréchon. For the last 3 years, he has been working independently. His Bangladesh origins and his experience in Australia have allowed him to diversify his culinary taste to propose a modern, efficient and gourmet culinary experience.
