Anne-Sophie Rischard started cooking young because her mother cooked very rarely. After her studies at the EM Lyon Business School, she ventures into the culinary blog world with her own blog, Fashion Cooking. She leaves to London in 2011, where she purses her dream job in culinary marketing. Keeping up with her blog, she also collaborates with different brands, writing recipes, creating personalized menus and video demonstrations. Her biggest asset : her recipes are accessible for everyone and her marketing background that allow her to understand different brands needs and objectives.
In 2012, she publishes her first book, « Mes petites recettes pratiques et coquettes. » At the end of 2014, she wins Le Meilleur Pâtissier, a baking competition tv show on M6 in France. With this win, she publishes her second book, « Anne-Sophie Le Meilleur Pâtissier. » Her blog, Fashion Cooking, is followed by more than 150,000 people per month.
