Very young, Alexandre developed his curiosity and culinary touch through different savors and tastes. A self-educated, he made his name with his presence on the French television show, « Un Diner Presque Parfait » in which he easily won. Since his first step into his culinary adventure through life, he started working in a Parisian brasserie, followed by the launch of his own culinary offer, « Chef Alexandre » (http://chefalexandre.fr).
His cooking is inspired by open market food stalls. He takes time to pick out quality seasonal products, associated with vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, herbs, spices and fruits, to create the perfect equilibrium in each plate. He loves surprising people and playing with different tastes and textures.
