Sébastien received his diploma in International Marketing from the PACE University in 2005. After his graduation, he worked for several years developing his families business, constructing luxury chalets. His culinary passion caught up to him in 2012, when he participated in the cooking television competition, MasterChef. This unforgettable opportunity encouraged him to follow the path towards the culinary world, which led him to go back to school to study the fundamental culinary values. Today, he has a Master in Culinary Management and Innovation from the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. Sébastien applies his core values and his network together to share his new, modern culinary vision with experts and amateurs.
